If you google ‘pop up cinema hire’ you will see the fees charged for hiring out equipment alone can be astronomical! It is common for customers to pay in excess of £1,000 for hiring the complete service (which includes the staff to build, operate and strike the equipment) for one night!
You can charge anywhere from £10 to £25 for tickets to your own events and the gross profit can be as much as 60% of box office sales.
